Most products are shipped directly from my vendors.

I will begin processing your order once I have confirmation of successful payment. Usually within 24 hours. However, weekends and holidays will delay this.

Processing time may take 7-10 business days. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has left my vendor’s location.

Items may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is due to item(s) coming from different suppliers.

Note: Some orders MUST pass through customs. Customs fees are your responsibility, however, I will do my best to prevent you from having to pay any fee. Customs fees must be paid to the carrier on receipt of order.

Refunds: 

Damaged or Missing Items: You must let me know immediately of damaged or missing items. Photo proof with all packing material must be provided by you. These items will be replaced as quickly as possible. I will not refund any part of the order unless the vendor instructs me to do so.

Due to possible fraudulent issues, I will only accept orders from certain countries. If you are not in one of the accepted countries, you will not be allowed to purchase.

Trademarks

All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this Website are trademarks of their respective holders. Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that product, service, or process by Eryn’s Store.

Shipping and Delivery

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Delivery can take up to 6 weeks. Please be aware that I deal with different vendors and most items are imported. Most items will have a tracking number provided by the vendor. This tracking number will be on your account page and will also be emailed to you.

Sales Tax

Eryn’s Store charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
